CHECK-IN:
Check-in is at Gavin Park, one hour prior to your first game. Please go to the Headquarters Tent, which is located at the back of the facility. An official league roster, player passes and Tournament Waiver Forms are required. Permission to Travel forms are required for teams that do not use US Club rosters and passes and are located outside of Eastern New York. The roster form submitted for the college coach binder can not be used as the team's roster for check in.

PARKING:
The parking lots directly adjacent to the fields will be open to college coaches, head coaches, referees, and for handicapped parking only! General parking is in a nearby field. Players and spectators will need an extra five to ten minutes to walk to their field, so please plan accordingly. Spectators, who need assistance getting to the fields, should go to the information tent which will be located at the front of the park. We have been told by park management that vehicles parked outside of the designated parking lots and on adjacent streets will be ticketed and/or towed.

There is a NO DOGS ALLOWED policy at Gavin Park - no exceptions.
