PLAYER PROFILES:
Teams should remember to bring individual player profiles to the tournament. College coaches will be provided with a Team Roster Book. However, once a specific player is identified, coaches will refer to the more detailed player profiles (provided by each team) which will be displayed on tables in the Headquarters Tent.

CHECK-IN:
Check-in is at Gavin Park, one hour prior to your first game. Please go to the Headquarters Tent, which will be set up at the back of the facility. An official roster, player passes and medical releases are required. Permission to Travel forms are required for teams outside of Eastern New York.

PARKING:
The parking lots directly adjacent to the fields will be open to college coaches, referees, and for handicapped parking only! General parking is in a nearby field. It will be helpful if players/parents are informed in advance, that they will need an extra five to ten minutes to walk to their field, so they may plan accordingly. Spectators, who need assistance getting to the fields, should go to the information tent which will be located at the front of the park. We have been told by park management that vehicles parked outside of the designated parking lots and on adjacent streets will be ticketed and/or towed.
