The following materials are required:
  • Official League Roster (guest players can be written in). The team profile form submitted for the college coach book cannot be used as the team's roster for check in.
  • Player Passes for all participating players (including guest players)
  • Travel Permission: US Club teams or US Youth Soccer State Association teams within Region 1 DO NOT need permission to travel papers. EXCEPTION: New Jersey - Permission to Travel is required.
  • A signed Medical Release/Waiver Form for each participating player (we require use of our specific Tournament Waiver Form which players can print from our website)
The parking lots directly adjacent to the fields will be open to college coaches, the head coach of each team, referees, and for handicapped parking only! General parking is in a nearby field. Players and spectators will need an extra five to ten minutes to walk to their field, so please plan accordingly. Spectators, who need assistance getting to the fields, can speak to any of our parking attendants. We have been told by park management that vehicles parked outside of the designated parking lots and on adjacent streets will be ticketed and/or towed.

You will be directed by a parking attendant as you enter the facility. There is parking adjacent to the fields and additional parking in a nearby field. One of the adjacent parking lots will be designated for college coaches, the head coach of each team, referees, and handicapped parking. Spectators who need assistance getting to the fields, should speak to any of our parking attendants. There is a drop off area for cars that are directed to park in the nearby field. Please exit your car quickly when dropping off, as we expect a high volume of vehicles in this area. The entrance/exit road to this facility is narrow. With heavy car and pedestrian traffic, please go slowly and follow the traffic patterns set up.

There are NO PETS ALLOWED at either facility - no exceptions.
